The improvement process

Due to the constantly changing requirements of the market and the needs of customers, our task and our challenge is to optimise and improve our processes.

We therefore place great importance upon a team-orientated improvement process to be able to meet these demands.

Within the context of our quality management system, we have an obligation to take account of the input of employees in our continuous improvement process.

We therefore operate a company suggestion scheme, in which employees’ ideas positively influence the improvement process across the whole company.
